- Compliance and liaisoning services: Once documentation or filings are initiated, cancellation is not permitted.
- Custom project-based services: Cancellation is allowed before work begins, subject to administrative charges (see Section 3).
1.2 Cancellation by Nexfore Consulting
We reserve the right to cancel a service order under the following circumstances:
- Non-compliance with our terms of service.
- Incomplete or incorrect client information affecting service execution.
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, legal restrictions, or other unavoidable circumstances).
In such cases, we will notify the client and offer either:
- A full refund, or
- Rescheduling of the service where applicable.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be processed based on the service type and the stage of completion. General refund guidelines include:
- Fully refundable services:
- Services canceled within the allowed timeframe (see Section 1.1).
- Overpayments or duplicate payments made by mistake.
- Partially refundable services:
- If work has already started but is not completed, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative and service charges.
- Non-refundable services:
- Services that have been fully rendered or completed.
- Custom advisory, documentation, and compliance services once work has begun.
- Fees paid to government authorities, regulatory bodies, or third-party vendors on the client’s behalf.
2.2 Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after approval.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or other preferred options (e.g., bank transfer).
Clients will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
3. Administrative & Processing Charges
Certain services may attract administrative or processing charges in case of cancellations or refunds.
- Processing Fee: Up to 10% of the service fee may be deducted for administrative expenses.
- Government Fees: Non-refundable if already paid for compliance services.
- Third-party Costs: Charges incurred from third-party service providers (e.g., certification agencies, auditors) will be deducted before issuing refunds.
4. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

5. Exceptions & Dispute Resolution
If you believe a refund or cancellation request was unfairly denied, you may escalate the matter to support@nexforeconsulting.com with supporting evidence.
Disputes will be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, the matter will be governed by Indian laws and legal jurisdiction in Mumbai, India.
